The project is located in Abastumani. Near Central Park. Despite the central location, it is a very cozy place bounding the forest and creates an ideal environment for relaxation.

The project includes 24 apartments, construction will be completed on August 1, 2022. The apartments will be completed in green frame condition or fully renovated. The construction is financed by Liberty Bank.

The project was created by a Georgian architect working in Switzerland. Mixture of modern architecture and Abastumani distinctive elements gives the project a extrardinary look.

Project considers Premium quality materials and engineering systems adapted to the climate of Abastumani. Roofing from SSAB (Finnish Company), Belgian eco-friendly winterized façade, low-emission energy-efficient aluminium doors and windows. European-made elevator, central heating system.

Abastumani is located in the south-eastern part of Georgia, in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region at 1350 meters above sea level. Abastumani is a unique place where ozone (healing air) is formed

The valley is covered with coniferous forest, which is dominated by pine trees. In the spring the pine begins to bloom, as a result of which it releases so-called dust and is dispersed in the air, during respiration it gets into the lungs which is one of the best remedies for the lungs. This air is incomparable as a treatment, at the same time for rehabilitation, which is why a vacation in Abastumani is so demanding, especially for children.

ABASTUMANI RENOVATION PROJECT STARTED IN 2017 AND ENVISAGES FULL REHABILITATION OF ABASTUMANI

  • Historic buildings will be renovated
  • Infrastructure will be improved
  • Abastumani will be the first city in the South Caucasus where only ecotransport will operate, which aims to maintain a unique microclimate and protect urban coziness
  • It is planned to build hotels of the highest class and international standards - (Autograph Collection, "Rooms", "Radisson", "Crownplaza" and "Redix Group" two hotels)
  • Rehabilitation of Abastumani Historical Observatory
  • Rehabilitation of the ropeway

The project envisages the renovation of 18 historic buildings, which is being implemented by the Municipal Development Fund with the support of the World Bank.

The town of Abastumani will be protected from transit traffic flows.
